Suitable for processing range: cermet insert for processing a variety of steel and cast iron parts of semi-finishing and finishing, when the cutting depth is below 2.5MM, the feed per revolution is below 0.25MM/R, feedrate per blade is below 0.2mm, cermet cutting tools have excellent cutting performance. Cermet insert that process the above materials can provide stable tool life and good surface finish. However, it is not suitable for cermet cutting tools in the field of intermittent cutting, and blade breakage is easy to occur.
